Orientation in city

Orientation in this chaotic metropolis is very easy. The entire Manhattan reminds rectangular board, which consists of vertical wide boulevards (Avenues) and horizontally through the streets (Streets). Avenues are numbered from east to west, numbered 1 to 11 This rule do not meet the three named boulevards - Lexington, Madison, Park Avenue.
Streets that intersect avenues are numbered from south 1 - 140 Simplicity, however, interfere with other exceptions. Streets in the southern tip of Manhattan - in Chinatown and the Financial District - names are named. Numbering begins streets to the north of this area. Completely rule out the famous Broadway Street, which deviates from the board. This lively street full of popular theaters crosses the island of Manhattan and vibrant Times Square.

Nature

In New York, in such a big city, you'll be surprised, but nature is full of it;-) New Yorkers deal with a lot of greenery in the city. Proof of this are small parks in the city, park promenade and relaxation areas along the rivers to the huge best-known park "Central Park". Parks newest project is now well-known "The High Line Park", which originated on the old elevated train track dilapidated and overgrown with weeds. Great idea and project of which are in different places long lines to see different parts of New York, a little bit of height.
